Merry Christmas!
I wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! I hope everyone has a fun holiday spending time with their family! Our exciting news.. After 4 months of Sienna going to nursery and being brought back to me within 10 minutes sobbing hysterically, Sienna stayed the WHOLE first hour! Now that's progress! Happy Holidays from our family to yours!

"wear my ladies!"
"I potty, wear my ladies!"
That is the statement I hear every day. "Ladies" is what Sienna calls her training underwear. She came back into my room today and had them pulled over her pants so I had to get a picture. Usually at least twice a day I find her with all her clothes pulled off trying to get her "ladies" on. Does this mean she is potty trained? Oh no.. she will sit on the toilet all day long saying "I potty mom!" but never actually goes. The other day she came to tell me "pee, carpet" and yes there was pee on my carpet from her! Oh well.. I guess you have to just enjoy the little funny things your kids do or you would go insane!

So far in December...
Because I use this as my journal, excuse all my rambling! Read on if you wish! This month has been completely crazy! We have had something every weekend and even the weeks are crazy with Christmas parties, christmas shopping (soo fun!) etc..etc..!
The first weekend in December we went to our niece Bailey's baptism and our nephew Jaxson's blessing in Logandale. Here are some pics of the event! It was fun and so neat to see Bailey be baptized. Aaron lived with Kim and Jamon when we dated (they still lived here in Vegas) and we always would watch Bailey and Sierra and see them. It wasa fabulous parent training! =) Bailey was 3 and Sierra 18 months then..I can't believe how time is flown and now she is 8!
Here is the whole family! Trying to get a pic of everyone... impossible!
Next is a picture of all the girl cousins. I am SO glad Sienna has cousins on at least one side and she absolutely loves every second of playing with them! I grew up with so many cousins around my age, I can't imagine life without cousins!
Later in the week we went to the Magical Forest put on by Oppurtunity Village for family night! Sienna LOVED the lights but she was still too young to enjoy the rides and it was freezing! It was still fun to spend time as a family because we don't get to do that very often with Aaron's crazy schedule.
(And yes I know I am ginormous... the joy of pregnancy..)
The next weekend was bittersweet! My parents flew with Sienna up to Salt Lake for the weekend. I went up to Cedar City with all the young women and leaders. We went to the Nativity at Tuacahn on Friday, stayed at one of the leaders beautiful cabins, and went to the play "A Christmas Carol" in Cedar City. It was a lot of fun and I have so much fun with the girls and leaders! It truly made me miss being 16, but so glad I am not there anymore! They were all blasting their music on their IPODs, dancing, singing, checking out boys.. etc.. etc..! It was hilarious and made me
just laugh thinking back at my young women days!
My parents flew out Thursday morning and didn't get back until Sunday night! I about died without my baby, but it was sure nice too! Aaron has school most the day on Saturday and we left earlier in the afternoon on Friday, so my parents took her with them! I am so blessed to have parents who take my kid anytime, anywhere. I am not kidding when I say Sienna is best friends with her Papa and Grandma. Aaron is gone so much, it's nice to have them to turn to whenever I need a babysitter! I had a fabulous lunch with the girls, got all my gifts bought and mostly wrapped and best of all, I saw Amanda's precious twins! They are seriously the cutest little girls!!
Well that is all for now, but this weekend Aaron's family will all be in town for the NFR and so we will be having more fun times!
I am just dying at how fast time is flying and preparing for another kid! AAH! Being prego over the holidays is a littel crazy because the time goes so fast! We still don't have a name and nothing is really done yet. (Can you tell it's our 2nd..haha) After the New Year we will start getting ready! Ok well this is LONG enough! Thanks for reading! Hope everyone is having a fabulous holiday season! I sure am with my little toddler- I never knew Christmas could be so fun!

Thanksgiving Weekend
Well I am getting around to posting our Thanksgiving pictures! We had lots of fun hanging out with Aaron's family in Beaver! Sienna LOVES all of her cousins! She now knows all their names, so she likes to try and boss them around even though she is one of the youngest!=) This weekend also made me realize how hard having another baby around with a 2 year old is going to be. Sienna would not leave Jaxson alone (he is 2 months)! She constantly was having to kiss him and try to hold him while trying to take card of him when he cried. This is going to be interesting...
On Thursday night I headed to St. George with my sister-in-laws for Black Friday. I had never been before and man is it crazy!! We started at midnight with the outlets and stayed out ALL night. They had never done that one before but I think I almost was put into labor! I got so sick and was having "mini-contractions" or so the doctor told me at my appointment yesterday! Oops! I did get some fun stuff and I have so much fun with the girls in my family! It was lots of fun! Maybe next time I will go when I am not 7 1/2 months pregnant though or not skip out on a nights sleep! I have some die hard shoppers in my family and let's be honest- I fit right in! Thanks Aaron for watching our crazy!
We came home Saturday and set all of our Christmas up! I am sure glad to be done with that! Now I am constantly reminding Sienna we just lookand don't touch the tree. She likes to act like she's just looking and when I turn away, grab something off the tree and run. I don't even know why I bother! I thought she was bad last year at 10 months..yea right! I must admit she is so fun at this age! She loves all the lights and reminds me each morning to put them on when we go down for breakfast. It will only get funner from here on out with her! Well I have rambled on enough!

Weekend Fun
On Saturday we went and stayed at my parents "Sienna house" in St. George. They built the house even before Sienna was born and the neighborhood is named Sienna Canyon which explains the name. My parents like to tell Sienna it is her house so when we got there she told me "Mom, House- Sienna's!" and would get all excited. I am not sure she gets it but it was still funny. My mom and I went to Tai Pan (loooved it!) and we went "cruisin" through Zion's National Park after my dad insisted. He is a little obsessed with nature and would have driven all day if we would have let him BUT little girls, pregnant ladies, and 16 year old Jeremy don't like to sit in cars for long periods of time!=)
We had a picnic and enjoyed the leaves! Sienna and I went to lunch with my sister in law Tiffany and her little girl Whitley. Sienna and Whitley are 7 months apart but still little pals and had a blast together. I also got some way cute cowboy fabric for a blanket for my little boy who is coming way way too soon!! AAH! I am starting to freak out a little (can you tell??) I am so scared to have 2 kids but I will adjust! Here are some pics in the leaves!

FINALLY!!!
Well it has come.. we can finaly put Sienna's hair in a tiny (and i do mean tiny) little half ponytail! She is almost 21 months and we are now getting to play dress up. haha.. This is an exciting day for a mom of a once bald baby! I think you truly have to have a bald baby to understand the significance of this wonderful day! I do love that Sienna does have quite a bit of hair in the back and it's so curly and cute! I love my little drama queen!

Trick or Treat
I had to add a funny story about Sienna so that I remember.(I don't journal) About a month ago my parents were watching Sienna and she was outside playing in her playhouse. She came in crying really hard. Once she calmed down she told my dad "Bee, mean!" grabbing her foot. He looked at her foot, and she had stepped on a bee. It had stung her so my dad had to pull it out of her foot. (sick!) Anyways, after that whenever she sees a bee she says "bee, mean" and points it out to me. Needless to say I already had her bee costume and whenever she saw it she would tell me it was mean. So I was a little nervous about her actually putting it on. She screamed her guts out at first but then got over it. I just had to write this down because I thought it was funny and I know I will forget all about it if I don't document it! Happy Halloween!

DEER HUNT!!
The DEER... sick if you ask me!!
Sienna LOVES her cousins! She would wake up saying "toys, kids!!" and jump out of bed to play.
Sienna and Whitley love to go on rides with "Papa Bruce" on his wheelchair.

YO GABBA GABBA!
So, my child is crazy, and has never been one to sit and just watch any tv show. We have tried Baby Einstein and all sorts of shows but all Sienna wants to do is constantly be moving around getting into EVERYTHING! Until we found Yo Gabba Gabba! She will sit and watch it over and over and over. She LOVES it. When she's calmed down a little she will get the remote and point to the tv saying Gabba Gabba. When we go visit Katie she always grabs the remote to put it on. She thinks it should be on everyone's tv because my mom has it on her Tivo too.
So I have given up my sanity (watch the movie) for some quiet time where Sienna isn't nagging at me or getting into everything else like she does all the rest of the time. Aaron and I always are singing the songs and laughing because they get stuck in your head. BUT on the other hand it does teach your kids some good things. So I just had to show you what my life has become. Welcome to having a toddler I GUESS...

My Tired Girl
This afternoon Sienna refused to take a nap and I was exhausted. I sent her downstairs for Aaron to deal with her craziness. He put her in the highchair and this is what he found a few minutes later. I just love it... Sienna just goes and goes at all times until she crashes. She is getting so big and it makes me sad. Even though I will have another baby in no time, she is still my baby and she is starting to turn more into a little girl every day. I just thought I would post this picture because it cracked me up and was precious at the same time.

Watch what you say....
So Aaron just pointed out to me..
The dogs were barking and Sienna was yelling "shut up" at them and then saying NO NO NO!!! He asked me if I realized what she was saying. Oops...
She talks non-stop these days and it usually isnt a problem when she copies everything we say. I couldn't help but laugh. Hopefully she won't say it when someone says something she doesn't agree with! We still love her and I can't get mad because I taught her to say it!
On another note at lunch today she would take a bite of her lunch, chew it, and open her mouth to show us and start cracking up. After I gave her a dirty look she would say "ja ja" and laugh even harder taking another bite and doing it again. Thanks a lot Jared! You just wait until you have kids.....

Donut vs. Jogging
ANYWAYS- SO i am pulling out of the parking lot thinking of how yummy my donut is going to be, when this lady jogs by. She is probably mid thirties and not only is she jogging at a very high speed (with a killer body might I add..) but has a whole waistband thing on holding about 6 small water bottes around her waist. Are you kidding me? It made me actually feel guilty even thinking of my donut! I knew there was no working out in my free time today... Needless to say I only ate 1/2 my donut and settled for an apple to fill me up!
I just wanted to post this story because I know people out there can relate. Not everyone is like my husbands family who can eat anything they want and LOSE weight! (I wish I could be like that!) I just thought I would vent that sometimes I just need to not care so much and eat my donut and not even care! SO tonight i made Aaron go on a walk with me just around the neighborhood, but better than nothing right??=) Is it just me who feels guilty when I eat crappy things or is it others out there?? Especially when you are pregnant and know you will have to lose extra weight that wasn't there before! Uugh! I will just remember how precious newborns are and that they don't stay that way forever! It's worth it right??

IT'S A BOY!!
I am trying to teach Sienna to say baby "brother." She is excited, but really has no idea. She just thinks everyone has a baby in their tummy including herself. She is obsessed with her baby doll and we have to give it baths, change it into her jammies every night and then dress her in the morning, feed her, and take her all over with us. This poor boy doesn't know what's coming at him... Sienna is going to be such a little mom. Well I thought I would finally post the news! I wanted to put the ultrasound up but our scanner is down so this will have to do!

2 posts in 1 day! Check me out!
So I was going through e-mails and found this picture of Sienna when she was just 1 day old! Newborns just grow way too fast!! I know all my posts are Sienna but let's be honest..who runs my life? I just thought this picture was precious and it makes me so excited to hold another newborn in a few months! The sleepless nights, crazy schedule and everything about a newborn are so exhausting at the time but before you know it, they aren't so little anymore! So I am trying to enjoy every moment I have with my little girl while it is just the three of us, even if it means my house is a wreck and she is a little on the spoiled side...Ok so that is my thought for the day! Jared + Alaska= CRAZY
Now when you look at these pictures do you think,--oh that must be a missionary! NO! Well my brother Jared is on his mission in Anchorage, Alaska having the time of his life! Jared is the assistant to the President so he travels all over Alaska making sure the missions going well, and then gets to do cool stuff like this! Our family has never heard of missionaries being able to do the things he does! And can you handle the bear just right across from them? I swear he got a mission president who is Jared in 40 or so years!=) I am so proud of him. He has served an AMAZING mission and we get to go to Alaska in 1 1/2 weeks to pick him up!! We have missed him and can't wait to have him home! Sienna can't wait to meet her Uncle Jared!

FLORIDA MAY 2007!!
Well we are back! Our trip to Florida was so fun and Sienna LOVED every second with all her cousins! Some of the pictures aren't rotated and I couldn't figure it out so sorry about that! We went to Disney's Magical Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, and Epcot! It was a little overdose of amusement parks but still fun for the kiddies! We were supposed to go to the beach , but it decided to rain that day! Overall it was a fun trip and it was nice to spend time as a family with Aaron since he is gone so much! Oh yea ,by the way... im pregnant! I wasn't planning on telling anyone yet, but Aaron told some people and we had to tell his family due to the fact I found out right before we left for Florida so I couldnt go on some of the rides! They figured it out before too long! I am SO not ready for this yet but I guess the Lord thinks I am, so I will have faith! I think I am due Jan. 31st but will keep you posted when I know more! I am in too much denial to call a doctor. haha! Let the sickness begin....That's it for now!

My Little Cowgirl
Today I was cleaning the kitchen and Sienna came walking up to me with my dads cowboy hat. (Were staying at my parents while they are on a cruise) So I of course had to snap some pictures. She never would look straight at me with the hat on right but what do you expect from a toddler? I havea feeling she's going to take after both her cowboy papas!

Melting Pot!
Sorry I have been busy lately and not had time to update! So... for our anniversary Aaron surprised me by taking me to Melting Pot. It was delicious! And how cool is the "ying yang" chocolate fondue they made for dessert. I definitely reccomend eating there but it was a little pricey. Thanks Aaron- I love you! (if you ever even read this!)
